Fund clinical trials of immediately available promising treatments so it can be prescribed by physicians routinely and can be covered by insurance
The FUND program is designed to provide
definitive answers so that patients can make treatment choices easily.
Promising therapies even though safe compared to a new drug, will not become part of mainstream medicine (i.e. physicians will not routinely prescribe such treatments, and insurance will not cover them) until rigorous clinical trials are done. Therefore, GlobalCures will design, write and fund clinical trials for such 'financial orphans' - therapies with scientific merit that lack financial profitability.
The Problem:
Physicians will not prescribe repurposed drugs routinely and insurance will not pay for promising therapies unless clinical trials are done, and FDA approves the drug.
The Solution:
Patients raise funds to support clinical trials of financial orphans. GlobalCures will design, write and fund such clinical trials via the FUND program

Dare to be different! In lieu of wedding or special occasion party favors, make your event more meaningful by supporting research at GlobalCures. Give a tax-deductible donation in honor or in memory of a loved one. You can announce your contribution with favor cards for your tables.
