Vidula Sukhatme holds an MS in mathematics from Northeastern University and an MS from the Harvard School of Public Health in epidemiology. Most recently, Ms. Sukhatme served as a project leader for designing and implementing a new web based Human Resources application at Children’s Hospital in Boston. She has also worked as a consultant on other implementation projects at Lahey Clinic, Burlington; Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston; Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago and University of Chicago Hospitals, Chicago. She has 20 years of experience in information systems in a healthcare environment.
Rajiv Lal did his undergraduate work in mechanical engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur, India and received his Ph.D. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University. Dr. Lal is the Stanley Roth, Sr. Professor of Retailing at Harvard Business School prior to which Dr. Lal taught at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University where he had been since 1982. In addition, Dr. Lal was the Thomas Henry Carroll Ford Foundation Visiting Professor at Harvard Business School for 1997-98, and the visiting Professor of Marketing at INSEAD, France in 1986, 1988, 1992 and 1993. Dr. Lal also serves as the co-editor of the journal Quantitative Marketing and Economics and has been an Area Editor for Marketing Science.
Amy Hedison received a BA fromPrinceton University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck school of Dartmouth College. Most recently, Ms. Hedison served as Vice President, Investor Relations at EPIX Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining EPIX, Ms. Hedison served as Director of Investor Relations at EXACT Sciences, a pharmaceutical company, and as Director of Investor Relations and Director of Marketing at Gomez, Inc., an Internet quality measurement firm. Prior to Gomez, Ms. Hedison spent six years at Biogen, Inc. (now Biogen-IDEC), where she held several positions, including Director of Investor Relations. She was also a senior member of the marketing team that launched Biogen's first product, AVONEX(TM). She is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry.
Philip Chase graduated from Colby College and Columbia University School of Law. Most recently, Mr. Chase served as Vice President and General Counsel of RenaMed Biologics, a biotechnology company. Mr. Chase has also served as Vice President and General Counsel of EPIX Pharmaceuticals, and Chief Corporate Counsel of Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc. He also worked at the law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Shearman & Sterling. He is an experienced attorney specializing in representing members of the pharmaceutical industry.
